At Prayer Built, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. This allows us to create each item специально for you with care and quality.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. This includes the time required to print, prepare, and package your items.
Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or high order volumes.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Delays
During peak seasons or high order volumes, production and shipping may take slightly longer than usual. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Prayer Built is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Prayer Built is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
